The whole idea of the app is similar to the Live Photos seen on the iPhone. The app takes a still image and allows users to add animations to specific areas, resulting in a kind of ‘moving photo’ effect where only some parts of the picture is in motion.
Plotagraph have been making desktop version of the software for the past one year.
