Windows 10 Creators Update rolls out for all after 3 months of launch

Microsoft unveiled the Creators Update for Windows 10 back in April 2017 and the Redmond giant has finally made it available to all Windows 10 users. The information comes from an official statement released by Microsoft stating that the Creators Update is now available for all eligible Windows 10 devices around the world.

“We are excited to make the Creators Update fully available to all our customers. We also encourage commercial organisations to begin broadly deploying Windows 10, version 1703, if you haven’t already done so. Staying up to date on both the latest feature and quality updates assures you of being on the most secure version of Windows 10 ever (version 1703),” John Cable, Director of Program Management, Windows Servicing and Delivery, explained.

The Windows 10 Creators Update will bring a host of new features to the computers running the Windows 10 Anniversary Update. With this new update, users can get access to the new Paint 3D that helps in drawing three-dimensional objects. The new Game Mode will help you attain higher frame rates on your high-end gaming titles by limiting background apps. A new Night Light feature will enable a blue filter on the screen to protect the user’s eyes from harmful radiations. Also, there’s a Picture-in-Picture mode available for Universal Windows Platform apps for enhancing greater multitasking.

Microsoft is also working on the second major update scheduled to release later in the year. Dubbed as the Fall Creators Update, it will bring a major visual overhaul to Windows 10. Stay tuned for all the information related to major Windows 10 updates.
