New image leaked for ZUK's Edge, powered by Snapdragon 821

The flagship is touted to be cheaper than the Le Eco Le Pro3 with Snapdragon 821

Chinese smartphone maker ZUK is all set to release the ZUK Edge tomorrow. However, new images have cropped up online showing the phone’s chassis in all its glory. In spite of its impending launch, there is a lot of information about ZUK’s latest upcoming flagship smartphone.

The smartphone is poised to be priced at $390 (Rs 26,500 approx.), which is $10 (Rs 680 approx.) less than the Le Eco Le Pro3, the Snapdragon 821-powered smartphone that has taken the budget smartphone space by the horns with increasing sales everyday in the United States.

One of the features that is yet to be unveiled is the fact that the ZUK Edge might be released as the cheapest smartphone to be powered by the Herculean Snapdragon 821 processor.

Another statement that remains to be revealed is whether the latest flagship from ZUK will be available in China and adjoining countries or will it be available globally.

Another good feature of the ZUK Edge is that it will be running on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box, which puts it in the league among few devices, alongside Mate 9, which is in China and powered by the latest version of the Android.

Also, apart from the powerful quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, the ZUK Edge will also come with a 4GB or 6GB of RAM with internal storage mounted at 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB.

Furthermore, the phone will also have a 5.5-inch full-HD display (1080p) resolution. Furthermore, the phone will feature a 13-megapixel primary camera with laser focus and LED flash, while the front camera is an 8-megapixel shooter.

It also includes a fingerprint sensor and is powered by a 3000mAh battery featuring Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging technology.
