Watch: Virat Kohli ignores security, clicks selfies with wheelchair-bound kids

This incident happened during recently concluded India vs New Zealand series where he could be seen signing autographs.

Mumbai: Virat Kohli is known is known for his strong leadership skills and aggression on the cricket field. When the Team Indian captain comes out to bat, the fans inside the stadium erupt with joy and cheer him. However, it is not just his performance on the field has won him fans worldwide, his off the field behaviour has also made cricket fans fall in love with him.

In a video that has gone viral, Kohli is seen not a big fuss of a security and meeting every single kid sitting on wheelchair and clicked selfies with them.

This incident happened during the recently concluded India versus New Zealand series, when the Indian skipper obliged his fans before boarding the team bus to the airport.

In the video posted by @ImNsamy on Twitter, the children could be seen presenting some drawings and hand-made paintings to Kohli. The Indian skipper is then signing autographs and shaking hands with them.

India recently faced New Zealand in ODI and T20 series. Virat Kohli and co beat the kiwis 2-1 in both the series.

Team India will now host Dinesh Chandimal-led Sri Lanka in three Tests, three ODIs and three Twenty20 matches. The first game of the three-match Test series will begin at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata on Thursday.

This is not the first time that Virat Kohli has obliged to fans to taking pictures or giving autographs.

During 2015 Indian Premier League Kohli could be seen taking pictures with fans after net session. The star cricketer, did not disappoint his little girl fan who called him with her cute voice : “Kohli, Kohli one photo.”

In the video that was posted by BCCI during the recent India vs Australia series , the 28-year-old batsman can be seen taking pictures with fans.

In the pre-match press conference, Kohli had said, "I don't want to disappoint children when I see them because someone can get inspired at some stage and do something productive."I always look forward to sign autographs and do pictures for the kids but then the add-ons come along and it gets a bit difficult. But for kids I always stop,"
