Bengaluru: Australia skipper Steve Smith took a blinder of a catch to dismiss danger man KL Rahul for 51 on Monday, Day 3 of the second Test between India and Australia in Bengaluru.

KL Rahul, who has now scored three half centuries for India in the two Tests against Australia, was looking dangerous, as India attempted to put up a big total on an uneven pitch at the M Chinnaswamy stadium in Bengaluru.

However, just as Rahul looked set for another big innings, Smith pulled off an absolute blinder at first slip to dismiss Rahul for 51 off Steve O’Keefe’s bowling.
