Ahead of the five-match series, which begins on 04 August at Trent Bridge, England, Team India’s Rohit Sharma has a good time ragging teammate Rishabh Pant on his Instagram page.
Rohit posted a picture of smiling Rishabh posing for the camera in a white t shirt, with a silver-looking link chain, a pair of yellow sunglasses and his arms folded at his chest. In the caption, Rohit wrote, “We have our own badshah here ?? ?? [sic].”
With about 17 lakh likes and almost 10,000 comments from followers and fans, the post was undoubtedly a hit, with many seeing Rishabh’s resemblance to the rapper. Even Rishabh seemed to have a good laugh at the post. In the comments, he wrote, “Hahaha kya bhaiya yaar”!
For the unversed, Badshah is a popular Delhi-based rapper whose real name is Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia. His portfolio includes songs like Abhi toh party shuru hui hai from the 2014-film Khoobsurat, Tareefan from the 2018-film Veere di Wedding and Bad boy from the 2019-film Saaho as well as several others hits like DJ waley babu and Top trucker.
