Coimbatore: A major fire broke out at a private bus body-building company operating in Karuppampalayam along the Karur-Coimbatore National Highway, causing extensive damage to three buses and several construction materials.
According to officials, the company is owned by Senthil Kumar. The firefighters rushed to the spot with three fire tenders and water tankers and brought the fire under control after nearly three hours.
