Pawan Kalyan Meets Amit Shah

VIJAYAWADA: Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan continued his meetings with several BJP leaders in New Delhi to discuss the political affairs in AP.

Pawan Kalyan met Union minster of home affairs Amit Shah on Wednesday and discussed several issues. He tweeted, “Had an excellent meeting with Amith Shah and I am sure this interaction will lead to a constructive, decisive and prosperous future for the people of Andhra Pradesh.”

Earlier, he met the minister of State for External Affairs V. Muraleedharan at the latter’s residence and discussed AP affairs, of which the minister is the party in-charge.

Muraleedharan tweeted, “We discussed ways to further strengthen the BJP - Jana Sena alliance in AP.”

The Jana Sena chief was in Delhi to attend the NDA meeting on Tuesday. He is likely to meet more BJP leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP national president J.P. Nadda on Thursday.

As the Jana Sena chief proposed a three-party alliance involving BJP, JS and Telugu Desam for the 2024 polls, he is trying to get the nod for this from the BJP leaders. He has completed two phases of the JS poll campaign in the Godavari region, targeting the ruling YSRC for its alleged failures in governance of AP since 2019.
