Telangana CM Revanth Reddy subservient to Delhi: BJP

Hyderabad: State BJP vice-president N.V.S.S. Prabhakar, a former MLA, on Saturday alleged that Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy was unable to work independently as he has to heed the directions from the Congress central leadership.

He told mediapersons at a press conference that Revanth Reddy had visited Delhi six times within a month after taking over as a Chief Minister. Prabhakar claimed that the Congress had announced the Six Guarantee schemes without proper planning, and grabbed power. In the first month itself, the government was trying to borrow '15,000 crore.

Prabhakar alleged that the government was mulling to cancel old ration cards and warned that BJP would protest if this was done. He claimed that the free bus travel for women had resulted in chaos. He said girl students were facing problems.
