People who are watching TV advertisements of the AIADMK and DMK wonder how the same old woman is speaking in support of the AIADMK in one advertisement and supporting the rival in another. Bothe the parties have hired the same agent Narayanan to book artistes for the advertisement and the agent has brought the same old lady, Kasturi, to act in both the advertisements.
The woman Kasturi is an actor,. but she was not aware that she was going to act in advertisements for political parties when she was called by the party agents. She was brought to an Amma canteen where the shooting was done. Kasturi was given food and Rs 1,500 for the AIADMK advertisement. She also acted for the DMK advertisement and got Rs 1,000 for it.
