We’ve done a complete about face this year, from molecular gastronomy to fusion, finally, things seem to have settled down in the foodie arena to get back to the more classic tried and tested formula of wholesome cuisine. With the year 2017 going to back basics in terms of food, we decided to bring on 2018 with the 18 dishes you must have this year… some healthy, some gluten free, mostly delicious and worth that saunter to.
