Chennai: A scuffle broke out Sunday between two groups outside the venue of the general council meet of Nadigar Sangam, in which the windscreen of actor-politician Karunas car was smashed, with police detaining several persons involved in the ruckus. Vishal’s luxury car was also smashed later in the day by unknown miscreants. In the AGM, sarath Kumar and Radha Ravi were removed from membership of the sangam.
