Hyderabad: A 22-year-old man from Noida was arrested on Monday for killing a pregnant dog and later raping it at Shastripuram in Mailardevpally at Madhapur. The suspect, who was under the influence of a drug, trespassed inside the compound of a house. He killed the dog using a noose and then raped it.
A son of the animal’s owner witnessed the disturbing scene and informed others.
The suspect, Aslam Khan, was roughed up by locals before being handed over to the police. He was sent to a hospital to verify the drug he consumed. The dog’s carcass was sent to a morgue for post-mortem.
According to locals, the dog’s owner Jahangir heard a noise and asked his son to check. The boy went outside and witnessed the disturbing scene. Mr Jahangir and his family informed locals who caught Khan.
