HYDERABAD: The HMDA has fixed July 12 as the last day for initial payment towards confirming allotment of Rajiv Swagruha flats at Bandlaguda and Pocharam.
The ‘letter of intimation’ to allottees is available online for allottees, but as a part of initial payment and in order to confirm allotment, each allottee is required to pay a token advance by July 12.
The allottees can check the status and download ‘letter of intimation’ through website www.swagruha.telangana.gov.in.
The allottees must pay a token initial amount of Rs 1 lakh, Rs 2 lakh and Rs 3 lakh for 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK respectively by July 12 failing which allotment gets cancelled.
