Warangal: IT minister K.T. Rama Rao on Wednesday consoled the parents of deceased Dr. Daravath Preethi at Thorrur in Mahabubabad district on Wednesday.
Rama Rao had visited Thorrur mandal to participate in various developmental works and International Women’s Day celebrations. On coming to know about the minister’s presence in the district, Dr. Preethi’s family members arrived in Thorrur to meet the IT minister.
Rama Rao consoled the parents and informed them that investigations into the death are going on and reports are yet to be received. Once the state government gets the reports, it will take necessary action against the culprits.
The IT minister assured Dr. Preethi’s parents that the government will not spare anyone who is responsible for the death of the doctor. He assured that the government will extend necessary help to the bereaved family members.
Panchayat raj minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao was present on the occasion.
