Prabhakar Reddy asks well-wishers not to rush to hospital to see him

Hyderabad: Kotha Prabhakar Reddy, the BRS MP from Medak and the party candidate from Dubbak for the coming Assembly elections, on Thursday urged his well-wishers not to visit the hospital where he is recovering from surgery following a knife attack on him.

In a short video message, Prabhakar Reddy said those concerned about his health and well-being should refrain from visiting the hospital as he is in the ICU and the hospital would not be able to cope with such a rush. “Once I recover I will only come (to Dubbak),” he said.

It may be recalled that Prabhakar Reddy was stabbed in his abdomen on October 30 while campaigning in the Dubbak constituency and was rushed to a private hospital in Secunderabad where doctors performed a major surgery to save his life.
