Hyderabad: The judge of Adilabad consumer court had a narrow escape when the car he was travelling in went up in flames on Tolichowki bridge on Friday morning. The reason for fire was said to be overheating of the engine. The judge and the other occupants of the car got off and moved away from the burning vehicle. According to the fire officials, one fire tender was sent to the spot to douse the flames and no casualties were reported.
After the fire officials got the situation under control, Tolichowki traffic police arrived at the spot and towed the burnt car away to Langar Houz police station. “The judge Adilabad consumer court, Mr Samuel, was in the car with others. He came along with vehicle to Langer Houz police station. However, no cases was booked,” police personnel of Langer Houz said.
