Kolkata: A CCTV camera captured the moment when the Kolkata flyover collapsed in the busy market area of Bada Bazaar. Pedestrians can be seen running for their lives as the flyover comes crashing down on the vehicles below.
According to Kolkata police, at least 14 people were killed in the mishap and close to 78 people were injured. Other videos also emerged online, capturing the chaos and deaths at the scene of the accident.
This gut wrenching video shows a man trapped between to taxis that rammed into each other after the collapse. Rescue operations are currently underway to save those who still lie strapped in the debris.
