Adequate number of security guards for taking care of systematic parking in the premises as well as to regulate traffic in front of the entry and exit gates should be deployed.’ the order said.

Party organisers should also display advisory regarding the effect and limit on consuming alcohol and drunk driving with  punishments. Police advised the party revellers to use the concept of “designated driver for a day.” Organisers should explain the customers who are found drunk beyond limit.
