Hyderabad: Shreyas engineering college student falls from bike, dies in hospital

Harshvardhan, a 3rd year student at Shreyas Engineering College, was on his way home in Vanasthalipuram when the mishap occurred.
However, fatalities in road accidents on highways are slightly higher than that on other roads.
Hyderabad: An engineering student K. Harshvardhan Reddy, 20, died after a fall from his motorcycle, at Hayathnagar on Thursday. Harshvardhan, a III year student at Shreyas Engineering College, was on his way home in Vanasthalipuram when the mishap occurred. When he reached Indu Aranya Pallavi apartments at Nagole, he lost control of his bike, fell and sustained severe injuries to the head. He was rushed to a private hospital where he died while undergoing treatment.
Police registered a case of accidental death and shifted the body to Osmania Hospital for autopsy. The case is under investigation.
