Jagan starts reverse mindgame on Telugu Desam

Reddy said Naidu had agreed to a compromise with Telangana CM to escape from cash-for-vote case.

Hyderabad: In a counter strategy, YSR Congress chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has started a reverse mindgame on Telugu Desam to protect his party MLAs from defections. Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy said that some TD MLAs were in touch with him to join his party.

The TD leaders, including Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, have been stating in the internal pa-rty meetings that more than 20 YSR Congress MLAs were ready to join their party. CM Naidu openly alleged several times that Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy was colluded with Telang-ana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao.

In a counter attack to this, Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy said Mr Naidu had agreed to a compromise with Telangana CM to escape from cash-for-vote case.
The YSRC chief also said that many TD MLAs were in touch with him and he will announce the names of these MLAs after reaching the magic figure to topple the TD government.

All these days, the ruling TD party was playing a mindgame to demoralise the YSRC by saying several MLAs of that party were ready to join their party. After denial by YSRC MLAs also, the TD leaders were continuing with the same propaganda. The YSRC chief also kept silent on TD leaders claim on joining of his party MLAs into the TD.

For the first time, Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy gave a counter attack on TD and started reverse the mind game. He also said no wise person will join the TD as it is a sinking ship.

From the beginning, after coming to power in 2014, the TD kept saying that some YSRC MLAs would be joining their party. But in the last 18 months, no YSRC MLA had joined the TD. In fact, some YSRC MLAs thought of joining the TD and also held discussions. But due to some reasons the TD delayed the admissions of those YSRC MLAs.

Now, YSRC MLAs are in an opinion that the dissidence is growing gradually in the public against TD government and it is better to remain in the party.
YSRC MLAs district-wise held press conferences and denied the claim of the TD leaders and said no YSRC MLA will join the TD.
