University of Hyderabad
Hyderabad: Four universities from Telangana state and Andhra Pradesh have found place in the prestigious QS rankings-2016, for best institutions in Asia.
They are the University of Hyderabad, Osmania University (both from Hyderabad), Kakatiya University (Warangal) and Andhra University (Visakhapatnam). The Indian School of Business that has campuses in Hyderabad and Mohali, is also listed.
The QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) rankings are regarded as the most widely acknowledged ranking of its kind. It highlights more than 800 top universities on six key indicators including academic peer review, faculty/student ratio, citations per faculty, employer reputation etc.
