Hyderabad: A 22-year-old youth who hurt religious sentiments by posting derogatory comments on social media was arrested by Pahadishareef police on Thursday. Sandeep Bandari shared the post on Wednesday. Police said that Sandeep, a welder from Shastripuram area, posted the derogatory post on his Facebook page. This was seen by some people from the Jalpally area. After receiving a complaint from one Syed Babar Shah, police registered a case for engaging in malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings. Sandeep was arrested and remanded police said.
