Hyderabad: A 27-year-old techie allegedly harassed his employer by sending abusive messages to her and her husband and threatening to attack her husband. Police said that Talakanti Avinash Reddy from Wanaparthy was terminated by the victim after she noticed his poor training skills and receiving bad feedback on his behaviour.
According to police, the victim, working as a manager for a software firm said she had hired Avinash as a technical trainer for a Delhi-based Java training programme in December 2016. She noticed his poor training skills and bad feedback and asked him to discontinue the job and settled his dues.
He, however, demanded more money from her. “She told him to meet her husband and settle the amount, but instead of going to office, he began sending abusive messages to her on Whatsapp and nude pictures he downloaded from the Internet. Since January 25, she was receiving emails with abusive images.” investigating officials said.
Based on the complaint police registered a case and during inquiry traced him with the help of his mobile.
