Now, we cannot say for sure, but the video of a tiger nuzzling against a soon-to-be-mum’s belly through the glass around its enclosure has taken the internet by storm. The video was posted on Facebook by Britanny Osborne and has provoked a lot of mixed reactions online. Brittany was visiting Indiana’s Potawatomi Zoo with her pregnant cousin.
In the short video, the tiger affectionately rubs up against the glass near Natasha Handshoe's pregnant belly. "I don't know whether to laugh or be scared," a person can be heard saying in the background. "That's so crazy."
However, people on social media sites are on two minds regarding the bizarre encounter caught on tape. While some think it is adorable, others are not very sure.
Christina Rogers posted, “This may be cute and the cat can sense she's pregnant but I'm sure it didn’t want to cuddle.” While many agreed, Leah Marie begged to differ she posted, “Yes it was. Animals have a sense for things and are very very delicate when it comes to babies or these sort of things.. they treat them like their own cub.. I'm sure not in all cases, but when you find that one big cat or whatever animal it may be that has a mothering nature.. it would have taken care of that woman..”
