ADIMALI: On the second day of the State CBSE Youth Festival being held at Viswadeepthi Public School, Adimali on Frdiay, Thrissur Sahodaya is leading with 564 points closely followed by Malabar Sahodaya with 536 points. Results of 54 events were published on the second day. The Kottayam Sahodaya is at third place with 521 points. Sahodaya Ernakulam with 484 points is at fourth place while Palakkad Sahodaya lags at fifth place with 457 points. Among schools Christ CMI Public School Kanhangad is leading with 186 points followed in second place by Silver Hills CMI Public School and Bharathiya Vidyabhavan Chevayoor at 136 points each. Devamatha CMI Public School Thrissur is at third place with 108 points. Jyothis Central School Kazhakkoottam is at fourth place with 106 points while Saraswathi Vidyalaya, Vattiyoorkavu with 101 points is at fifth place.
In the Category 2- Folk dance event Abhijith P.C., Cooperative Public School Pathukkad, Thrissur Sahodaya and Ashwin M , Muttikulangara, Palakkad Sahodaya have won first and second place respectively. Abhirami M.M. , Devagiri CMI Public School, Kozhikode , Malabar Sahodaya and Vishnu M.B., Param-ekkavu Vidhyamandir, Ponkunnam, Thrissur Sahodaya have bagged the first and second place in the one-act play. In the Cartoon competition Anantha Krishnan, Warwin Public School, Vaikkom, Kottayam Sahodaya secured first place while Muhmmed Sinan, Hollycross Senior Secondery School, Arthat, Thrissur sahodaya secured second place. Towards the end of second day the whole Vswadeepthi campus set amidst mountains was in absolute festive mood with mist forming a wonderful setting. The climate was also congenial the with sun keeping low all day long helping the participants and those who accompanied them
