Director Puri Jagannadh is gearing up for his latest release Rogue which stars Polish girl Angela Krislinzki as one of the female leads. Interestingly, she isn’t the first girl of foreign descent to star in the director’s film. Nora Fatehi, Gabriella Bertante and Scarlett Wilson are other foreigners to have made appearances in his films earlier. The reason behind his strong liking for them is quite interesting. The director recently revealed that it was their will and desire that inspired him. “I have come across so many girls who have travelled from far away in another country, and stay in Mumbai with the desire to get a good opportunity and to make a mark here. I haven’t heard of a lot of Indians do the same in an attempt to do a film in a foreign language,” he explained, adding, “I really appreciate that effort and when someone fits my bill, I don’t hesitate in casting them in the film.”
