Director Indraganti Mohana Krishna has managed quite a rare feat. While it is common to cast well-known actors in one film, the four male cast members in Ami Thumi — Thanikella Bharani, Adivi Sesh, Vennela Kishore and Srinivas Avasarala have all been directors in the past. “This is quite an interesting coincidence. When Indraganti was casting for the film, he didn’t think of anything like this. But recently with many on social media pointing it out, the team is laughing about it,” shares a source. With a U-certificate at the censor, the romantic-comedy that stars Eesha Rebba and Aditi Myakkal as the female leads, is set to release on June 9.
