It looks like actor Gopichand and director Krishna Vamsi, both of whom aren’t in a great phase of their career what with their respective last releases Gautham Nanda and Nakshatram bombing at the box office, are set to team up soon.
“The discussions are on and they are considering to work on an intense drama. While it’s too early to say where things will go, the duo definitely are keen to come together. They think the combination will generate interest,” shares a source.
While the duo had teamed up in 2011 for Mogudu which didn’t work at the box office, Gopichand’s performance received rave reviews. It is to be seen if things work out this time around.
The actor is meanwhile awaiting the release of his long-awaited film Oxygen, directed by Gopikrishna.
