Actress Nithya Menen, who was in the city to promote her upcoming movie 100 Days of Love, which is releasing this Friday, is happy to have paired up with Dulquer Salmaan for the third time.
100 Days of Love is the dubbed version of the Malayalam movie of the same title. Nithya had romanced Dulquer earlier in national award-winning Ustad Hotel and OK Bangaram.
“Now, people are eager to see both of us together on the screen again,” says the actress, adding, “We should do more films together in future.”
The movie also has a song rendered by the actress. “Actually, I requested Vijay Prakash, who is my favourite singer, to lend his voice to the song with me and he obliged to my request,” reveals Nithya.
Nithya’s character is named Savitri and she says that the movie has interesting references to the names of a few old actors. “The film is a light-hearted comedy and not intense like OK Bangaram,” says Nithya, whose fourth movie is being released in a few weeks time.
