Actor Naga Chaitanya has had quite a style makeover with time. From the gawky youngster who dressed in the most casual way in his earlier days to being a star with his own style, he sure has come a long way. On the sidelines of the launch of an exclusive men’s jewellery range for Joyalukkas & Platinum Guild International, the actor says, “I know associating men with jewellery is like an oxymoron! However, I have been wearing jewellery since the last two years and believe that jewellery isn’t just a woman thing anymore. Men are accessorising a great deal these days, be it with a bracelet or a chain. And I love doing it too.”
Elaborating on his personal style in terms of jewellery, he shares, “I like to keep it minimalistic and subtle. The jewellery I wear should have that edgy element to it. It should stand out and make a statement. I like to wear accessories that give the outfit an element of extravagance, yet aren’t in your face.” Chaitanya exudes extreme comfort in pairing jewellery with western outfits too. “In today’s times, with the kind of contemporary designs that are coming up, it’s easy to accessorise with everyday wear too,” he concludes.
