Actor-director Raj Madiraju has now turned producer, and has started off by acquiring the rights to make biopics on the acclaimed investigative journalist Josy Joseph and Saurabh Kalia, the Indian Army officer who lost his life in the Kargil war.
“The aim is to make exciting films, which are real and experimental. However, they won’t be made just in Telugu but will be multilinguals. More details about both the projects will be announced soon,” shares Raj Madiraju, who has named his new venture Montages Cinema Pvt Ltd.
Meanwhile, he has also announced a comedy film which will star a senior hero. “It is the story of a grandfather and his grandson, and will star a senior actor and a young hero. The film will be launched in August and will mostly be shot in the US,” he adds.
