After Natakam, actor Ashish Gandhi has been on the lookout for out of the box plots, and he eventually got one. He has signed his next film, under debutant Abhiram Pilla. The film, titled DTS, happens to be a suspense thriller, and was formally launched on Sunday.
Talking about the film, Ashish shares, “DTS is a completely script-driven film, and the best part of the story is its narration,” adding, “My earlier film Natakam has rustic backdrop, but DTS is in complete contrast. It's a gangster-based film.”
On his role, Ashish shares, "I play a youngster and how all the underworld activities influence and transpire my life has been wonderfully penned. Also, the film's producer Ganga Reddy has some wonderful technicians, and I am looking forward to the shooting.”
Adding that he is focusing on content-driven films, Ashish says, "I am looking at the film on the whole and not just my role, so naturally it takes time to get such scripts," Pooja Jhaveri will play the leading lady in the film.
