Actress Shriya Saran is all set to star in director Chandrasekhar Yeleti’s upcoming female-centric film. She will be seen playing a mother to a 10-year old girl in the gripping Mythri Movies production. Apparently the little girl, too, has a substantial role in the film’s narrative.
Shriya has played similar roles in films like Gautamiputra Sathakarini, Gopala Gopala, etc., with great élan. Thoroughly impressed by the manner with which she has pulled off such roles in the past, Chandrasekhar Yeleti zeroed in on her for the part.

Shriya, too, was impressed by the plotline and her portrayal in the script. “The film’s pre-production is nearing completion, and it is expected to go on floors soon,” said a source in the know.
