Shalu Shamu, who has mostly been seen in supporting roles in Tamil movies, recently revealed how a famous director asked her to sleep with him for a role in his upcoming film with Vijay Deverakonda
Shalu Shamu, who has been seen in supporting roles in Mr Local and other Tamil films, revealed in a conversation with her followers on Instagram about an indecent proposal that she received from the director of an upcoming Vijay Deverakonda film. The actress, however, did not reveal the name of the director or of the film. “I was very recently approached by a famous director for a sexual favour against a role in his upcoming Vijay Deverakonda starrer (sic),” the actress said in a comment on Instagram.
The actress, however, claimed that although this wasn’t her first time with such a run-in, she doesn’t want to complain about it for it’s “pointless” and because she has come to know better how such situations must be dealt with. “What’s the point in complaining? Is the accused going to accept what they did? It’s a mad world we're living in (sic),” the actress said.
