Jhanvi, Boney Kapoor and Sridevi’s elder daughter, is gearing up for her acting debut. The youngster who already has her own fans and followers on social media websites, has apparently made up her mind about taking acting as a career and is currently attending acting school in the US.
Meanwhile, offers for the 18-year-old are already pouring in. Apparently, Jhanvi was offered the lead role opposite T’wood star Mahesh Babu in his upcoming film that is being directed by A.R. Murugadoss
A source close to the project says, “Sridevi and Boney Kapoor were interested in the project, after all Sridevi has been closely associated with the Telugu film industry. But it was Karan Johar, who is launching Jhanvi in Bollywood, who had advised Sridevi and Boney against the project.”
Mahesh Babu’s new film faced a casting crisis when Parineeti Chopra opted out of the project because of scheduling issues. However, Rakul Preet Singh has now bagged the role.
