Changing the game of Tollywood, action hero Ravi Teja has reportedly signed a Rs 100 crore deal with leading production house People Media Factory to churn out more films together ala Bollywood stars and corporate houses in Mumbai. “Ravi Teja has to do four films for People Media Factory with a remuneration of Rs 25 each film and all these films are to be star-centric and big budget films,” say a source and adds, “According to the agreement, Ravi Teja has already done a successful film ‘Dhamakha’ with the banner and awaiting the release of another action adventure ‘Eagle’ set to release during Sankranthi next,’ he adds.

He shares a great rapport with producer Vishwaprasad and they are in perfect tuning to dish out big budget flicks. “He is also doing another film under the producer and it would be Telugu remake of Hindi film ‘Raid’ and it is being helmed by Harris Shankar,”. Producers are in talks with other big directors to stitch up another big ticket film to wrap up their four-film deal. “They want to make only hero-centric films to cash in the larger-than-life image of Ravi Teja and have no plans to do thematic films since budgets don't permit such experiments,” he adds.

Of course, Ravi Teja is doing films with other producers as well and he was recently seen in films like ‘Ravanasura’ and ‘Tiger Nageswara Rao’ made by other production houses. “Ravi Teja can work with others until this banner finds the right script and director,” he concludes.

Recently, Ravi Teja tasted success with 'Dhamaka' and his special role in 'Waltair Veerayya' also received huge appreciation. He has also delivered a few flops too.
