Tollywood actor Allari Naresh who is trying his hand in varied roles, is doing a performance-driven role in his next film ‘Naa Saami Ranga’ featuring Akkineni Nagarjuna in the lead. “Allari has a very important role and his acting skills will be put to test again in this multi-starrer,” says a source.
The star of comedy films even tried his hand in serious films like ‘Naandhi’ and “Ugram’ to taste success and become the most sought-after actor for roles with substance in Tollywood. “His transformation from comedy hero to performance-driven actor has given him scope to explore different roles and showcase his hither unknown talent,” he adds.
‘Naa Saami Ranga’ is said to be the remake of Malayalam hit ‘Porinju Mariam Jose’ which demands two heroes. The movie unit is planning for Sankranthi release. The title glimpse, which was released recently, saw an excellent response.
