Former Miss India finalist and Miss Himachal Pradesh Natasha Singh is all set to make her debut down south. She’s been finalised as the leading lady in a bilingual film opposite Jiiva. The romantic entertainer directed by Raju Murugan, will go on floors next month.
“I was called for an audition followed by a look test. The filmmakers were happy with my onscreen presence and finalised me. I am really glad that I made it to the cut. I guess acting is a natural progression after modelling.”
Talking about her role, Natasha says, “I play a shy girl coming from a conservative family. How my life changes after I fall in love with the protagonist is interestingly narrated. I will be starting my workshop soon and will be working on my language (Tamil) and diction.”
