In court documents filed by her former manager, it has been revealed that Britney Spears’ drug addiction problem was once so bad she spent one night in a parking lot because of depression, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The manager, Sam Lufti, who is suing Britney for unpaid dues, claimed in the documents, “On October 1, 2007, Britney lost legal custody of her infant sons. She spent a night in a parking lot, then called Sam and told him he was one of the few people she trusted. That night, he moved into her home.
With the exception of a brief period in December 2007, Sam lived in Britney’s home until February 1, 2008.” He added that he had told Britney that he’d manage her only if she got clean and gave him a 15 per cent cut.
