After the super hit Chandrettan Evideya, which had Dileep in the lead role, actor-turned-director Sidharth Bharathan is now all set to wield the megaphone for his next. According to the sources, Jayasurya will essay the lead role in Sidharth’s new directorial venture, penned by the director himself.
The film is expected to go on the floors by August-September once the screenplay gets locked. Sidharth, who started his career as an actor in Kamal’s Nammal, became a director with 2012 release Nidra, in which the director himself played the protagonist’s role.
Earlier, there were unconfirmed reports that Mohanal has been approached to do the lead role in Sidharth’s next film. It was then Sidharth met with an accident near Kochi.
