National Award-winning director Salim Kumar has announced his third directorial venture after the critically-acclaimed Karutha Joothan and Compartment. The movie, titled Daivame Kaithozham K. Kumar Aakanam, is expected to be a humour-based commercial entertainer, a change of track from his first two offbeat movies.
Karutha Joothan had earlier bagged the Kerala State Award for Best story making Salim Kumar the only actor to have bagged the Kerala State film awards for Best Actor, Second Best Actor, Best Comedian and Best Story writer. The movie will have Jayaram in the lead and the script will be penned by Salim Kumar himself. The music will be handled by Nadirshah. The movie will go on the floors on Wednesday.
