Vidya Balan's pull out from Kamal's next film Aami mere rumour

One of the highlights of award winning director Kamal’s next film Aami, which is a biopic of writer Kamala Das, is of course that it will mark the comeback of B’town actress Vidya Balan to Malayalam. But according to the rumours doing rounds on certain online sites, she had bid adieu to the project.

In the meantime, on Thursday, there is a clarification from Vidya’s public relations team that these are baseless news. “She is still in the project and she has allotted a total of 60 days. It was supposed to roll from December, but it was owing to the strike in the industry that the production got delayed,” as per the reports.
