One hot topic buzzing on social media these days is related to the entry of Pranav, son of superstar Mohanlal, to the film industry as a hero. As per the reports, the star dad has been listening to scripts for some time to find a perfect launch pad for his son. On Friday, the Oppam actor himself made an announcement of his son’s entry into filmdom through his Facebook page.
He says that Pranav will make his debut through the upcoming project of Jeethu Joseph. “Pranav Mohanlal is ready to begin his career as an actor. He will be playing the lead role in the movie directed by Jeethu Joseph and produced by Antony Perumbavoor. This movie is of thriller genre after Drishyam, from Aashirvad Cinemas,” wrote Mohanlal on his facebook page.
When contacted, Jeethu said, “As of now, only the story is completed. I am currently working on the script. I really want to do this project as my very next project. It was just a few days ago that I discussed the subject with Lal sir and Pranav and they found it interesting. I cannot reveal more details now.” Pranav was in Jeethu’s direction department in Papanasam and Life of Josutty.
