At the audio launch of the film Routtu, which deals with the increasing problem of traffic jam in the city, actor Aari requested Vishal not to take action on producers responsible for the recent furore at TFPC offices and instead forgive them, as he feels it would otherwise create a big rift among producers. The film is directed by Manikandan and has Kavithran and Madhumitha in the lead with Mime Gopi and Appukutty playing crucial characters.
“With the growing population and vehicle users in big cities like Chennai, it has become increasingly difficult to commute from one place to another and reach our destination on time. The movie deals with the repercussions of such delays,” says its producer Thangapandian.
Aari also suggested that a dedicated app and website be initiated for producers council through which the business prospects of Tamil films can be improved.
