It looks like Atharvaa is on a signing spree! After Eeti and Kanithan, he’s a part of films like Rukkumani Vandi Varudhu and his home production venture titled Semma Botha Aagadha by filmmaker Badri Venkatesh, in addition to an untitled romantic thriller with director Ajay Gnanamuthu of Demonte Colony fame and a film with award-winning director Bala!
The Paradesi actor recently also signed another film, which will have Regina Cassandra as the leading lady. He tweeted that he’s kickstarting the project, titled Gemini Ganesanum Suruli Rajanum in Madurai. Produced by Amma Creations T Siva, and directed by debutant Odam Ilavarasu, the film had Kalaiyarasan as the lead initially. However, the filmmakers have now finalised Atharvaa! DC learned that comedian Soori has a pivotal role to play in it. While Imman will score the background music, there are also rumours that the filmmakers are planning to rope in one more heroine because the film is a two-heroine subject.
