Rakul Preet Singh injured herself on the sets of the untitled Mahesh Babu-Murugadoss film, on Thursday in the city.
“The director was canning a few action scenes with Mahesh and Rakul Preet, when she fell down and sprained the fingers of her left hand,” says a source from the unit.
The actress was immediately rushed to a private hospital, but doctors did not find anything serious. “Doctors advised a couple of days rest, but the actress continued her shoot on Friday. She put a bandage for the four fingers of her left hand, and when the director called for the shoot, she removed it and joined the action,” adds the source.
“My finger is not fractured, it’s just a sprain. Thank u for all d messages n wishes,” said Rakul on Twitter. The actress is also doing two other films, opposite Ram Charan in Dhruva and Sai Dharam Tej in Winner.
