Director Anandakrishnan’s Metro caused a lot of stir in Kollywood as the maker fought his way with the censor board to release it in theatres.
Initially, the film was banned by the board for its violent content, but the revising committee cleared it with an A certificate. After receiving rave reviews, Metro is all set to start its new innings in Tollywood.
The movie has been dubbed in Telugu and will be releasing in over 250 screens in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on March 3. Based on the theme of chain snatching, Metro stars Shirish Saravanan, Bobby Simhaa, Sendrayan and Maya in important roles.
