Vadivelu was catapulted to the hero status when his film Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikecei did wonders at the box-office. The actor appeared in a dual role and managed to keep the audiences in splits throughout the movie. A decade later, Shankar who produced the first project, announced that he would be bankrolling Imsai Arasan 24am Pulikecei.
In August, the film was announced with a grand pooja and the makers managed to bring Parvathy Omanakuttan as Vadivelu’s pair. Soon after the announcement, the work for the movie began and we also heard that massive sets would be seen in this venture. The shooting of Imsai Arasan 24am Pulikecei began and after a week, it was halted due to unknown issues. After sorting out the issues, the shooting commenced yet again.
Now, it is said that the makers were not happy with costume designer, who worked on the photoshoot and had sought Vadivelu’s permission to replace the designer. However, it looks like the Eli actor was not really happy with the decision and is asking the makers to bring back the same costume designer. We hear that the team is trying to ease things out between the two parties.
