Prithivi Pandiarajan is a thrilled man these days! The actor has been roped in for Street Lights, a Tamil-Malayalam bilingual in which he shares screen space with none other than legendary star Mammootty. “It is an investigative thriller  directed by Shamdath who cranked the camera for Kamal Haasan starrer Vishwaroopam and Uthama Villain. And there’s a cast change with respect to each language. I am part of the Tamil version. My dad Pandiarajan will also be seen in a crucial role,” Prithivi tells us.

Explaining more he said, “While Mammootty sir plays the investigating officer, my character will get connected in one of his probing segments. Malayalam actress Lijomol is paired opposite me. Ours is a cute romantic portion which is  mostly hilarious. The challenge involved was that the first shot would be filmed in Tamil, followed by Malayalam.”

On sharing screen space with the Thalapathy star, he says, “I had few scenes along with sir, and I was floored by his charisma! Mammootty sir is also the producer of the movie. The team was very professional and comfort levels were very good.” Prithivi is also busy with Sadha where he has an intense role, Kadhal Munnettra Kazhagam and a period film set in 1980s.
